If you are a Tenant, we collect and process your personal data for the following purposes:

- To maintain the property and communicate with you
- To handle rent payments and resolve any disputes
We only share your data with trusted third parties when necessary. For example, this may include sending your contact details to a contractor to arrange a property repair or service visit. At the start of your tenancy, this might include providing your details to the Council Tax department or relevant utility providers.
Your data will only be retained for as long as required, and we will manage the deletion or retention of documents in accordance with legal and regulatory obligations.
You have rights regarding your data, including access, correction, and deletion.
Right to Rent Legislation (England)

Security of data
All Data is stored securely on our computers and servers, access to which is password protected.
Badminton Estate will only share your information to provide information as a legal requirement, we may disclose your personal details if we believe the law requires us to do so for the following:

- respond to claims against us
- to protect the rights of our customers and employees
