Supervisor – Fox & Hounds Inn
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Supervisor to join our friendly country pub team. The role involves overseeing the day-to-day running of shifts, ensuring excellent customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for both local regulars and new guests.
Key responsibilities include:
· Running smooth day-to-day shifts
· Cashing up and locking up the premises
· Looking after local guests and welcoming new customers
· Checking guests into rooms
· Supporting other members of the team
· Maintaining high standards of service and hospitality
The ideal candidate will have previous bar experience, along with experience in pubs, hotels, or guest rooms. Strong customer service skills, confidence leading shifts, and a positive, approachable attitude are essential.
