Heritage Open Day – 18th-20th September 2026

From 18th–20th September, Badminton House will open its doors for visitors to explore a unique collection of historic fine art and furniture, all preserved within their original setting.

Guests will enjoy a guided tour through some of the house’s most impressive rooms and collections, including the North Hall, Oak Room, Hallway, Large Dining Room, Billiard Room, East Room, Ballroom, and the Servants Quarters

The tour also offers the chance to admire the house’s grand architecture, including Georgian plasterwork by William Kent, paintings by John Wootton, and an outstanding collection of family portraits by some of the leading artists of their time. Visitors will also see the famous Canaletto paintings of Badminton House, along with a range of historic furniture and treasures.

Throughout the tour, guests will be guided through the history of Badminton House, with stories and insights to Badmintons rich heritage.

Tours will take place on the mornings of Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at either 10:00am or 11:00am, with each tour lasting approximately two hours.

Spaces are limited and tickets will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
