Royal Iced Biscuits with Grace and Clover -29th June

Elevate your biscuit decorating skills with a Royal Iced Biscuit Workshop led by Grace and Clover at Badminton Estate.

You will be making hand decorated, ‘Regency Period’ inspired biscuits.

YOU WILL DISCOVER HOW TO:

• Hand pipe with precision using tipless bags and master the art of Royal Icing.
• Explore different consistencies to create stunning designs.
• Take home the secret recipe for ‘no spread/flat biscuits’ – a game-changer for intricate detailing.
• Dive into the world of colouring techniques, and leave with at least 6 beautifully decorated biscuits presented in a charming gift box.

This class is 4 hours in length but will break for pastries and tea/coffee during the class. Please note this class will be inside Worcester Lodge and the room is only accessible via two flights of stairs.
